Róise and Frank is a charming comedy about a widow who believes that a stray dog is inhabited by the spirit of her late husband. The film earned a 100 percent rating on Rotten Tomatoes. It will show at 3 p.m. Sunday in Crown Center’s third-floor Ruby Room. The movie’s dialogue is in Irish with English subtitles. Attendees must purchase a festival admission ticket. There is no additional charge.
