John Cosgrove grew up in County Fermanagh and has spent his working life making rooms feel like somewhere you'd want to stay. He ran Irish pubs and hotels across Ireland, London and Cape Town before landing in Minneapolis in 1999, where he spent years with Kieran's and The Local. Today he hosts comedy quizzes, emcees corporate and cultural events, and works as a facilitator for organisations across the Midwest. His philosophy is borrowed straight from the bar: the welcome matters more than the venue, and nobody remembers the schedule — they remember how the night felt.
