A long time ago here on the banks of the muddy Mo, there existed a Cowtown without an Irish Fest. Well, pardners, we’re a pretty big deal now, but we’ve kept that Cowtown vibe, with our signature cow interpreted by different talented artist every year since 2004. We’ve rounded up some of those cowboys and girls up for this year. Come meet them for a Q & A about the history of our shamrock-spotted mascot, their particular vision and version, and how YOU can be next year’s official cow artist! And you might walk away with a signed print of your own!
