With A Cookbook of His Favorite Recipes for ‘Irish Comfort Food’
On August 28, 2024 the Irish American community
tragically lost one of its favorite sons – the creative, gregarious
Irish-born chef, Shaun Paul Brady.
As a way of bringing back good memories of the mischievous,
soft-hearted Shaun, his friends have stirred his life story into a
cookbook featuring many of his favorite recipes. We’ve even
included an interview with, and a recipe from Shaun’s talented
14-year-old son, Seamus.
Cost is $30, plus tax and a $5.75 shipping fee per book. ALL proceeds will go to benefit Shaun’s wife and children.
